With due diligence and expertise Outing Holland takes care of the analysis of learning and development wishes. If all relevant stakeholders believe that the current and desired situation has been mapped out correctly and that on the basis of this attainable and concrete objectives have been formulated, we can offer a suitable service proposition. Our relations describe and experience the attention paid to “the front” as "extensive, solid and meticulous".
Offers
We do not charge costs for our offers. Our offers are extensive and providing insight but are never without engagements on our part. In other words, our proposals must give our clients the feeling that we take their demands, wishes and objectives into consideration. Our vision is never without engagements, but on the contrary we are professionally involved.
Confirmation etc.
In case of agreement we confirm the service agreed according to our conditions of supply (Pdf). Following confirmation all necessary information the parties in question need will be sent by us. We hereby think of invitations, route descriptions, intake forms, tests, briefings, manuals, workbooks, logbooks, homework, etc.
Progress
For longer courses in particular we attach great importance to a solid progress supervision. In close consultation with clients regular assessments are held in order to evaluate the progress of programmes on efficiency. If necessary adaptations will be made.
Assessment
Each programme ends with a thorough assessment. The central question centres around to what extent previously set and desired results have been attained and what has been achieved “on the side”?
Assessment takes place on the basis of the assessment model ‘Tripartite’ developed by us. In this model the three most relevant parties assess the effect of our service. Part of this assessment is a closing advisory talk with the relevant stakeholders of the organization.
