Train the Trainer
Contents: this training is aimed at behaviour trainers and management trainers who wish to acquire specific skills in the field of experience-oriented study.
This training pivots around the learner’s questions of any course member as well as the issue of how these learner’s questions can be transformed into active working methods. During the training exercise situations are offered which focus on the individual objective formulated. The course-member-trainer will strengthen the assignment, observe and give feedback. Subsequently, the method of the course-member-trainer will be jointly discussed. Participants are alternatively course member and trainer. During training course members will go through all stages of efficient training: going from setting goals to assessment.
Objective: following the course trainers will be able to organize training themselves using active methods and to give training autonomously. Besides, trainers will be able to deal with their own questions.
Target audience: trainers and instructors who wish to acquire the strength of the use of active working methods.
Issues: implementing active working methods, discussing assignments on the site, going from fun to informative and back, intervention strategies, techniques for asking (continuous) questions, attitude and behaviour of trainers, transfer of training experience, asking, giving and receiving feedback.
Out of the ordinary: training is often preceded by an intensive individual intake.
