Leading efficiently
Contents: during this action-oriented training, the participants take turns as both managers and employees. On the basis of their – previously precisely formulated – study goals participants will make the link with their relevant practice training situation. In this way, the various management styles will be dealt with in an appealing manner. Action will be alternated with extensive reflection on the leadership of the leader (protagonist). The participants will give the manager feedback on his/ her leadership.
Objective: increasing specific management skills in order to gain efficiency.
Target audience: starting and experienced managers.
Issues: the motives of professionals, self-discipline and discipline, leadership in given situations, improvement of motivation with various staff members (motivational factors), inspiring leadership, link with needs of staff members, task-oriented versus process-oriented versus person-oriented leadership, the difference between managers and leaders, leaders on the basis of technical knowledge.
Out of the ordinary: extensive individual intake prior to every training is an integral part of this training.
