Leadership which can cope with the current speed on the one hand and which knows how to translate this speed to all levels within the organization.
Leadership or guidance is a process of exploration, growth, definition, trying things out, making and altering choices. In the offer described here we deal with both contents-related, technical management issues and more process related leadership aspects.
