Re-integration
Contents: burn-outs are one of the main problems nowadays. A growing number of people are at home due to (psychological) problems. This training is aimed at people who are in the middle of the process of “coming back” indicative: in combination with therapy working at least twelve hours a week again) and wanting to grow stronger and to be embedded further in order to reduce the chance of relapse. Knowing that you have reached boundaries which can be guarded is one thing, but “actually guarding boundaries is something different. We will experiment with new behaviour both in groups and in an experience-oriented manner. "Knowing" is already present, "doing" can often constitute a pitfall. Dysfunctional suppositions and latent convictions are adjusted. An additional advantage is that other participants will recognize a lot of patterns, as a result of which participants with problems feel less alone. Starting with intervision is often a part of this training. Important! For people who have long suffered from burn-out, individual coaching/ counselling is a more suitable intervention.
