Management Development
Contents: we develop programmes and courses regarding management development in all shapes and sizes. Our MD -programmes have always been tailor-made programmes. This is based on the idea that your people are the assets of your organization and that no two MD -courses can be the same. Pivotal with each course is the development of leadership on three relevant levels; strategic, tactical and operational. The development of powerful management is of the utmost importance for the implementation of the organization strategy.
Our MD -programmes are built in such as way that they bring about the best in any manager. Personal development strategies are part of programmes whereby partially attention is paid to functional components as regards contents, but whereby time is also allocated to process and behaviour components. Participants will receive professional and workable tools which will facilitate the making of (own) choices, even if the context is very complex.
Objective: professionalising and vitalizing strength on a managerial level and within the own organization context.
Target audience: organizations and people who realize that dedication and development of management is instrumental in processes of renewal and/or change.
Issues: intervention strategies, mission/ vision, leadership, personal efficiency, 360 degrees feedback, assignments versus processes, observation, personal marketing, etc.
Out of the ordinary: parts of this training must be given in close co-operation with specialists. This can take place in the form of lectures, workshops, company visits, guest speakers, games, visits abroad, etc.
