Change Management
Contents: a growing number of professionals is faced with change processes within their organizations. Increasingly, change seems to be a constant factor within organizations. Practise shows that any organization has difficulty with change. Along strategic main lines change is implemented reasonably well, but the more closer to the tactical and above all operational level, the more often change differs from what had been planned. Substantial adjustments or – even more seriously – development of new plans seem to be rather the rule than the exception.
Our programmes in the field of change management are based on the trinity: planning (strategic), implementation (tactical) and execution (operational). This structure will assist participants in overlooking and implementing the desired and/or necessary changes on any level of the own organization.
