Communication for professionals
Contents: you have good conversational skills and have had quite some communication training. Nevertheless, you are aware of the fact that at important moments you could get more out of a situation. Our in-depth training sessions primarily touch upon subtle non-verbal communication and provide answers to questions such as: “how do I really communicate?”, “What hinders me in day-to-day situations?”, “What about my own conviction?”, “Do I dare to offend?”, “Do I dare to criticise?”, etc. During our communication training, participants are confronted with their own functional and dysfunctional convictions and the effects
of this on others and primarily themselves.
Objective: further professionalizing one’s own communication.
Target audience: from middle management upwards.
Issue: all defence mechanisms and motives are made visible and debatable. We will also deal with communication processes within groups, various intervention levels including emotional interventions, body language and consistency in the way you yourself communicate.
