Working together
Contents: A group is more than a collection of individuals. Outing Holland develops wide-ranging programmes and courses during which all basic aspects of working together are examined closely. The sheer number of topics and forms make it almost impossible to provide a complete overview of the programmes we have developed. To give you an idea of the possibilities here are the descriptions of the cases.
Objective: to make visible specific elements of working together and to make a relevant transfer to the everyday work situation of the team and the team members.
Target audience: any and all new and existing entities (groups, departments, units, regions, etc) who want to focus on working together.
Topic: getting to know and understand each other better, needing each other, dependence, making a connection, trust, strong/ weak points, feedback, meeting engagements, culture of ‘splendid isolation’, etc.
