Project Management
Contents: using active methods our project management programmes are usually offered in a experience-oriented manner. We linger over each phase, both literally and figuratively. The project approach, project leader and the project surrounding are this intensively examined. But we also emphasize phasing (idea, what, how, how to make and do it, how to sustain something), mastering and decision taking.
Taking the objective into account, how far are all phases removed from the final result? How does a project leader cope with setbacks? We discuss clearly the difference between theory and practice. In addition all participants will learn an anti-project approach during the programme: wanting everything, not having to do anything; having to do everything, but not being allowed to do anything; being allowed to do everything, but not being able to do anything; being able to do anything but doing nothing; doing everything but wanting nothing; wanting everything but not having anything!
Objective: learning how to phase, master and take decisions in a work situation aimed at making projects.
Target audience: both new and experienced project managers and project participants.
Issues: Project Management, setting key performance indicators (KPIs), achieving partial results in phases.
