Cooperating and connecting
If we a are to name one field of expertise Outing Holland excels at it is the development of people and organizations on an interactive and co-operative level. This is hardly surprising since ever since 1991 we have been asked to develop training programmes and courses which regard issues such as team building, team development, mergers, integration, acquaintance, synergy, multicultural co-operation, employee participation, working on projects, thinking for departments versus thinking for organizations, etc.
Although the number of programmes provided by us seems almost unlimited, we have in this field only made a small selection of the most relevant co-operation issues and our expertise in this regard. Moreover, the development of our programmes is characterized by a tailor-made approach.
